Here are two links that document the Identity of Interbeing: Recognizing Differences and Seeing Ourselves collaboration April 10 – 25, 2006 from the Packer Collegiate Institute In downtown Brooklyn New York. The first link is from the school’s web site that thoughtfully and concisely documents the project; the second is a web link from a site that includes a project description, large slideshow, student audio reflections, and a flattering short video made by one of the students from this prestigious independent school.

“Opening the contemplative mind in schools is not a religious issue but a practical epistemic question... Inviting contemplative study simply includes the natural human capacity for knowing through silence, pondering deeply, beholding, witnessing the contents of consciousness and so forth.
